Boreal Chickadee

Boreal Chickadee is extremely rare in Lycoming County, and in Pennsylvania in general. The only known Lycoming County record is from 3/18/1917 from a location about 15 miles east of Lock Haven, probably somewhere in the mountain separating Antes Fort and Oval.
