Black-billed Cuckoo is a localized breeding species in Lycoming County from May through August. They are occasionally found at many hotspots, but Glacier Pools Preserve stands out as one of the more reliable locations. They are typically harder to find than their Yellow-billed cousins and are usually simply heard calling.
