It's a Cooper's Hawk!

The long tail, fairly short wings, and red barring on the underside make it an adult Cooper's/Sharp-shinned Hawk. From there, notice the head projects well in front of the leading edge of the wings and the outer tail feathers (which are on the bottom of the closed tail) are shorter than the rest of the tail feathers.
