It's a Scarlet Tanager!

Although some field guides skip over this plumage, the adult males end up with this patchy look when they transition from their red breeding plumage to yellow nonbreeding plumage. The black visible by the shoulder, the smaller bill, and the dark tail is enough to rule out Summer Tanager, which can also have a patchy red and yellow appearance on the immature males.
