It's a Great Crested Flycatcher!

The upright posture suggests a flycatcher, and the yellow underparts with dark gray chest and head plus reddish tail place it in the Myiarchus family, many of which are fairly similar looking. Luckily, there's only one expected in PA — particularly in May — and the richness and extent of the yellow confirms Great Crested.
