It's a Prothonotary Warbler!

Note the overall golden yellow color and plain face, along with the dark bluish wings and white undertail with dark tip. Yellow Warbler would show a yellow undertail and some yellow edging in the wings, and all of the other mostly-yellow warbler species have some sort of dark pattern on the head or face.
