White Ibis is a southern species that is a rare vagrant to Lycoming County. There is only a single Lycoming County record, a juvenile near Picture Rocks on 8/7/2009. White Ibis is a Pennsylvania review list species, and that sighting was accepted as a Class I-P record (diagnostic photograph) by PORC.
