Laughing Gulls are very rare in Lycoming County, but probably migrate through occasionally. There is a record from 5/8/2016 at the Williamsport Dam which was associating with a group of Ring-billed Gulls. The bird was only seen briefly before flying up river. The other record was two birds at Rose Valley Lake in June 2020.
